1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Trust Labs are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory, analytical, and research use by qualified professionals and institutions. They are chemicals and research materials, not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended, labeled, or approved for human or animal consumption, use, or application in any form. No statement on this site, in any product listing, or in any communication from Trust Labs is a claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition, or is safe or effective for human or animal use.

2. Eligibility & Attestation

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years of age;
• you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or as a qualified researcher, and not for personal, consumer, medical, or veterinary use;
• you will not use, resell, or represent any product as suitable for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any other form of use in or on a living organism; and
• you are solely responsible for confirming that purchasing, possessing, and handling these products is lawful in your jurisdiction and at your institution before ordering.

Trust Labs may refuse, cancel, or reverse any order or account if it reasonably believes these representations are false.

3. Accounts & Orders

An account is required to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which Trust Labs may accept or decline at its discretion. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment

Orders are billed through the payment method presented at checkout. You authorize Trust Labs and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total, including shipping. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue may result in account suspension.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, and return, replacement, and lost-shipment terms are described in our Returns & Replacement Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is," for research use only, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You assume all risk arising from the handling, storage, and use of any product you purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Labs and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product outside its stated research purpose. Trust Labs' total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use this site to place an order if you intend to use, administer, consume, or apply any product to a human or animal, or to resell products as suitable for such use. Violation of this section is grounds for immediate cancellation of your order and termination of your account.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
