Shipping Policy
This policy covers processing times, shipping rates, and delivery for orders placed through Trust Labs.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to a carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Rates & Coverage
We ship from a US-based fulfillment facility to addresses within the United States at a flat rate of $8.00 per order, shown at checkout before you place your order. We do not currently offer international shipping; if you have a shipping request outside the US, contact us before ordering.
Delivery Estimates
Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delayed & Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement and your shipment remains in transit for more than 14 days, it's considered lost and is eligible for reshipment under our Returns & Replacement Policy. Contact trustlabsjzj@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You're responsible for entering an accurate, deliverable shipping address at checkout. Trust Labs is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
