1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Order information: shipping name, phone number, shipping address, and the items, quantities, and totals for each order.
• Attestation records: the date and time you agreed to our Terms of Service and confirmed research-entity eligibility at signup and at checkout, kept as a compliance record for each account and order.
• Payment information: once card and other electronic payments are enabled, payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on Trust Labs' own servers.
• Local device data: age-verification and shopping-cart state stored in your browser's local storage so you are not re-prompted on every visit.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to create and secure your account, process and ship your orders, respond to support requests, maintain the eligibility and consent records described above, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with our legal and payment-processor obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to fulfill an order or operate the site: shipping carriers (to deliver your package), our payment processor (to collect payment, once electronic payment is enabled), and infrastructure providers such as our hosting and database provider. These parties are only permitted to use your information to provide services to Trust Labs.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to satisfy tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Access to order and account data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the site.

5. Your Choices

You can review and update your account details from your account page at any time. To request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or ask a question about this policy, email trustlabsjzj@gmail.com. We may need to retain certain order records even after an account deletion request where required for tax, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

6. Eligibility & Children's Privacy

This site is restricted to users who are at least 21 years of age and purchasing on behalf of a qualified research or laboratory entity. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
